Empire Bay Marina has a highly trained service staff with a combined total of 75 Years of Marine Experience.
André Velleman is a certified Yamaha Advanced Technician; has completed BMW Marine training and is a certified Mercury and Mercruiser Technician.

There are two full time marine mechanics on the staff:

Jeff is a qualified Fitter and Machinist and has had 36 years experience as a marine mechanic. He is a Mercury outboard service technician; a certified Mercury and Mercruiser Technician; a certified Yamaha Advanced Technician; and has completed a variety of OMC Service Schools.

Tyler is a qualified marine mechanic and has had experience on Yamaha, Honda, Mercury, and Mercruiser inboard and outboard motors. He is a certified Mercruiser Technician and has completed the Service Training Module on Mercruiser Advanced and on Verado. He has been trained in Gas Metal Arc Welding and holds a Senior First Aid certificate.
